Paper Abstract:      In the context of face-to-face (f-2-f) education, we asked parents of pupils and students for their perspectives on both educational scenarios (school and university) and challenged them to suggest recommendations for improvements. Afterwards, we analysed whether their recommendations also apply to e-Learning scenarios and how they successfully could be implemented in the context of e-Learning. As for the results, the learners’ parents provided valuable recommendations on improvements for f-2-f education as well as for e-Learning: Thus, we conclude that parents should generally be taken into consideration within any stakeholder-related requirements analysis for educational scenarios, but particularly for the development and improvement of e-Learning.
